As long as your order hasn’t been handed over to the delivery company yet, we’d be happy to make any modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you with the changes.

You can cancel your order by contacting us as long as it hasn’t been handed over to the delivery company. Once canceled, we will proceed with a full refund.

Deliveries typically take 5–7 business days within Greece. We’ll provide a tracking number once your order is shipped.

During checkout, simply select BOXNOW as your preferred delivery option. We will deliver your order to the closest available BOXNOW locker based on the address you provide in the shipping details. You’ll be informed about the selected locker once your order is processed. After shipping, you’ll receive a unique code via SMS or email, which you can use to collect your package from the locker at a time that’s convenient for you.

Due to the nature of our products, which are primarily edible, we do not accept withdrawals or returns once an order has been handed over to the courier or transportation company, or after it has been received by the customer. All products are securely sealed upon delivery and are not eligible for return for reasons of hygiene and health protection. For more details visit our Terms & Conditions page.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. AFTHONI O.E. is under no obligation to issue a full refund for damaged products. However, upon verified proof of damage caused during delivery, we will send a replacement for the damaged product(s).
